Terms of Service
By buying a product on this site or arranging a lesson with me, you agree to these terms.
Digital products
Guides and patterns are digital downloads for your personal use. You may sell finished items you make yourself from a pattern. You may not resell, share, republish, or redistribute the files, or teach from them commercially without written permission.
Lessons
Lessons are arranged by email, online or in person. Times, pricing, and location are confirmed by email before the lesson. Please give as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule.
Community group
The Stitch and Study: Basics of Sewing Facebook group is free to join and hosted on Facebook, under Facebook's own terms. Posts must be your own work and kind in tone; posts may be removed at our discretion.
Refunds
See the refund policy.
Safety and liability
Sewing involves sharp tools and heat. Instructions are provided in good faith, but you are responsible for working safely. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or lesson concerned.
