Refund Policy
Digital guides and patterns
Because downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all pattern and guide sales are final. That said, if a file won't open, downloads the wrong product, or is missing pages, email me within 14 days and I'll fix it or refund you in full.
Lessons
Lessons are arranged directly by email. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let me know at least 24 hours ahead and I'll refund or move it. If I ever need to cancel, you get a full refund or another time of your choosing.
How to request a refund
Email threadsofjoybylex@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
