Threads of Joy by Lex (“we”, “I”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information is collected on this site and how it is used.
What is collected
- Orders: your email address and the items you purchased. Card details are processed by Stripe and are never stored on this site.
- Newsletter: your email address, stored only while you are subscribed.
- Lesson inquiries: the name, email, and details you send me when you email about a lesson.
How it is used
Your information is used to deliver what you asked for: download links, order and booking confirmations, lesson reminders, membership access, and the newsletter if you signed up. It is never sold or rented.
Service providers
Payments are handled by Stripe. Site data and files are hosted with our cloud provider. Emails are sent through our email delivery provider. Each processes data only to provide those services.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email, and you can ask for your data to be corrected or deleted by emailing threadsofjoybylex@gmail.com. Purchase records may be retained where required for tax and accounting.
